To increase effectiveness we may contact the client during the operation to verify data as it is observed, in real time. This is why the client and the information received by them is vital.
As with nearly all of our operations, our clients expect 100% confidentiality. This is an industry-wide expectation and with good reason, we take many steps to ensure this. Please do not hesitate to disclose any special circumstances that need to be addressed in regards to this. Whether contact with the client can only be made at certain times of the day, certain days of the week or only through specified methods of contact, we understand and will gladly accommodate.
